This journey invites you to alternate between hot, cold and relaxation: a simple yet powerful cycle that restores harmony to body and mind. Whether you visit at sunrise or sunset, this ritual invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Allow 2 to 3 hours to complete your full experience, repeating the cycle as your body desires.

Relax, Release and Reset

10–15 minutes

Begin your journey in warmth. Let the soothing heat of the sauna or steam room envelop you as your body temperature rises and muscles unwind. The warmth encourages perspiration, opening the pores and flushing away toxins. With each deep breath, stress melts and calm returns.
